Any questions you may have we welcome via e-mail or a phone call. What happens if my piece I ordered is out of stock? If the piece is out of stock we will contact to give you the option to have it made. Keep in mind Special order items are not refundable. All other Items may be exchanged less cost of shipping as long as it is within 2 weeks from receipt.
What if I purchase a Bonsai Tree and it takes a turn for the worst?
As with any living thing we can not guarantee long term survival . We can however do everything in our power to advise, teach , and assist you in this incredibly enjoyable hobby. Please do not hesitate to contact with questions as the arise.
What if I order a jewelry item and it doesn't fit correctly?
We proud to offer a full service jewelry shop right here at our site. Our goldsmiths are available to make sure that your piece fits correctly . Please contact us and we will walk you through the process of getting your beautiful new piece of jewelry just right.
What if I see the piece of jewelry I like but it isn't offered in the metal of my choice?
This would be considered a custom request. Just contact us with the item you are interested in and the material of your choice and we will send you a quote as to the cost of your request and an approximate completion time.
Do you Ship direct?
We are happy to ship your gift to the lucky recipient, we pride ourselves on presentation and will gift wrap your order if requested. Handmade cards are available for purchase or you can request a simple gift tag.
