Linda's work appears in many private collections. Linda
has made her home on Roanoke Island for the past 26
years. She lives in a quiet cottage in the woods
with her family and three cats.

Color Pencil Drawings
Linda Ritchie Crassons is a
multi-media artist with a special interest in
colored pencil, photography, and metal craft.
Linda likes to work intuitively, and her
nature inspired drawings possess a semi-subjective,
dreamlike quality. Crassons attended UNC-Greensboro
and Ringling School of Art and Design. She is
currently attending Dare county College of the
Albemarle, in the Professional Crafts/Jewelry
Department. Crassons has taught drawing and design
at Dare County College of the Albemarle, and for
Pocosin Arts Winter Retreat. She has completed
courses in botanical Illustration at North Carolina
Botanical Gardens, in Chapel Hill. Crassons is
working on pen and ink illustrations for a book
about historic homes in Columbia, North Carolina,
and for Roanoke Island Festival Park. She shows her
art at The Silver Bonsai Gallery in Manteo, North
Carolina.
