Placing an online order with us is easy. There's no need to create an =3D20 account first. You will have done that once you've placed your first =3D20 order online. Once you have placed your order online, we will be in =3D20 contact to verify availability. Many of our items are individually =3D20 handmade and may not always be available for immediate shipment. We do =3D20 not charge your charge card until we have verified your order with you.

The total amount of your order does not include shipping charges. Once =3D20 your order has shipped via your preferred method, we will send you an =3D20 email notification with total purchase amount including shipping =3D20 charges and confirmation number.

We value your security and privacy. Your order is processed which =3D20 encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card =3D20 number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the =3D20 information travels over the Internet. In addition, your information =3D20 is kept completely confidential and never shared with any third party.

Custom jewelry orders can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks and require a =3D20 non refundable deposit. Gift wrap is available upon request. Please make a note in the =3D20 Comments section of your order form when placing your online order, or =3D20 call us.

All sales are final. Exchanges are available upon request minus the =3D20 cost of Shipping.
