Placing an online order with us is easy. There's no need to create an account first. You will have done that once you've placed your first order online. Once you have placed your order online, we will be in contact to verify availability. Many of our items are individually handmade and may not always be available for immediate shipment. We don't charge your charge card until we have verified your order with you.If the piece is out of stock we will contact to give you the option to have it made. Keep in mind Special order items are not refundable. All other Items may be exchanged as long as it is within 2 weeks from receipt.

The total amount of your order does not include shipping charges. Once your order has shipped via your preferred method, we will send you an email notification with total purchase amount including shipping charges and confirmation number.

We value your security and privacy. Your order is processed which encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. In addition, your information =3D20 is kept completely confidential and never shared with any third party.
