Holds up to water or solvent-based washes for underpainting. There's no need for a fixative with Pastelmat as its surface holds the pigment deeply. Pastelmat supports all pastel types including Cray-Pas, Pan Pastels and oil pastels. Pads are bound with a glassine barrier sheet between each page to prevent smudging. Three sizes available: 7 x 9.5", 9.5 x 12", 12 x 15.5". 12 Sheets per pad.
